The more our industry changes, the more we believe it is key to our and our client’s success to have a staff that is current on new techniques. Only LCS offers on-going continuing education through LCS University. Established in 2010, LCS University is what separates us from the competition.

Many of our staff hold multiple and practical certifications, including certification for cleaning in healthcare facilities. The first ninety days of employment are spent in training with annual refresher courses a requirement so all employees stay current.
